师范类院校的实验室建设应该根据实际情况,优化实验室的管理模式,强化实验室的师资队伍建设,扎实培养学生的基本技能,培养学生的敢为人先、敢于创造、敢冒风险、敢于怀疑批判的精神。同时,师范院校应积极发挥实训基地的作用,促进师范类院校实验室与实训基地功能上的互补。

Laboratory of the normal university building should fbllow the actual situation, optimize the management model, strengthen the construction of the laboratory teaching staff and cultivate student＇s basic skills, and the pioneering spirit of having the courage to create, venture, suspect and criticize. Normal universities should actively play the role of the training base, to promote com- plememation of normal university laboratory and training base.
