摘要
我国大学生创业教育师资队伍普遍存在着科研能力比较薄弱、教学方式比较传统、缺乏创业经验、对教师的考核奖励机制不完善等问题。要解决这些问题,政府和高校应采取一些措施,即:加快发展与创业有关的专门性社团,建立有效的创业教育教师的考评机制和激励机制,加强"两栖型"创业教育师资队伍的建设,吸引具有实践经验的企业家做兼职教师等等,从而建立一支高素质的师资队伍,为高校创业教育奠定良好的基础。
There exist several problems in college students' entrepreneurship education teachers, for example, relatively weak sci- entific research capacity, quite traditional teaching methods, lack of entrepreneurial experience, and inadequate teachers' assessment and reward mechanisms. To solve these problems, government and universities should take some measures: speeding up the develop- ment of specialized associations related to entrepreneurship, the establishment of effective evaluation mechanisms and incentives for en- trepreneurship education teachers, strengthening the construction of double-typed entrepreneurship education teachers and attracting the part-time teachers that have practical experience so as to lay a good foundation for university entrepreneurshlp education.
