教师资格认证考试制度作为进入教师行业的"第一道关口",对我国教师队伍建设的长远发展具有深远意义。基于此,在分析我国当前教师资格考试制度的现状及存在的问题的基础上,并重探讨"国标省考县聘"教师资格考试制度的创新价值,以期促使教师资格认证考试制度能够在实践中日趋科学和完善。

As the first gateway of the teacher rank, teacher qualification exam system is of profound significance to the long-term development of teachers＇ team construction. Therefore, based on the analysis of current status and problems of teacher qualification ex- am system, this paper discusses the innovation value of the Teacher Exam System Based on National Standard, Provincial Exam and Township Recruitment in order to promote the scientificness and improvement of teacher qualification exam system in practice.
