电子信息材料课程的教学改革与实践

摘要 作为通识教育选修课,电子信息材料课程涉及材料、电子、固体物理等多个学科领域,对于培养学生的科技意识和创新能力具有重要作用。针对该课程自身特点和学生的实际需求,从课程内容、教学方法、教学手段和成绩评定四个方面开展教学改革。结果表明,教学改革后选课学生人数和出勤率明显提高,总评成绩更加客观真实,对学生的知识水平和教师的业务能力均有积极作用。 As an elective course for general education, electronic materials and information involves many academic fields such as materials, electronics and solid physics, with important effects in cultivating undergraduates' scientific sense and innovative ability. Based on the course characters and the realistie demand from undergraduates, teaching reform was performed in four aspects, including course content, teaching method, teaching instrument and grade evaluation. The results indicated the number and attending ratio of un- dergraduates selecting the course increased, with more objective remarks and positive iniluenee on both undergraduates' studying and teachers' professional ability.
