摘要
通过比较典型国家医务人员绝对收入、收入与人均GDP、本国教育行业和社会平均薪酬的比值,并与中国的收入统计数据进行比较,发现中国医务人员收入明显低于其他国家。参考国际医务人员薪酬水平,建议我国医生的年均薪酬控制在年人均国内生产总值的2~3倍左右;制定适宜的行业薪酬差距,医生平均薪酬约为其他专业医务人员的2倍左右;建立与物价或经济发展水平相联系的薪酬调整机制;完善医务人员收入公开制度,保证医务人员获得合理合法的经济报酬。
Through the comparision with typical counties, Chinese medical staffs income, the ratios of medical personnel income to Per Capita GDP, education staffs' income and social average income are lower than other countries. Based on international experiences of medical staff's income, the general physicians' annual income should be 2-3 times as much as Per Capita GDP and 2 times as much as other medical technical staffs, the medical staffs' income should be adjusted by prices index or Per Capita GDP changing rate, the clear and legal income system should be established to insure the medical staffs get reasonable income.
