摘要
对于小型铝合金板类铸件,在铝液过流处或铸件的平板与筋的拐角处常出现因疏松或阳极氧化后表面颜色明显发白的现象。采用平做立浇垂直缝隙式浇口可实现平稳充型,减少铝液的二次氧化,消除接触热节,可有效地防止疏松和阳极氧化后色差缺陷的产生,使铸件的品质和合格率都有较大的提高。
Vertical-gating has been adopted which has made realization of smooth filling of the mold, reducing of seconda^-y oxidation of liquid aluminium, elimination of contact heat center, preventing effectively from producing defects as porosity and chromatic aberration round the corner of flat and tendon caused by anode oxidation hence dramatically lifting the quality and eligibility of castings.
