Study on Influence of Ingate Flow Speed on Appearance Quality of Large Steel Castings

对于铸钢件来说,特别是大型铸钢件几乎都是漏包浇注,过程生产相对开放,最终产品质量容易受到诸多过程因素的影响。特别是铸钢件外观质量极易受到浇注温度、内浇口出流速度等这些浇注参数的影响。本文从内浇口出流速度对铸钢件外观质量的影响着手,致力于发现最佳的内浇口出流速度,并运用到实践生产中,改善铸钢件外观质量。

Aiming at the impact of the ingate flow speed on the quality of steel castings appearance, falling upon finding the best ingate flow speed hammer and tongs and applying to real production hence the quality of steel castings appearance has been finally improved.
