摘要
针对原有模铸钢坯带来诸多铸造缺陷,耗能、低效、成本高等问题,参照冶金大企业连续铸钢的先进经验,为适应现有车间轨面标高过低的状况,在原购置的二手弧形连铸机的基础上,按着椭圆形连铸机结构要求,进行了相应的技术改造。经安装调试成功,已生产运行五年,取得良好的使用效果。
Aiming at a good many foundry defects such as consumption of energy, lower effect while high cost with previous die cast steel billet and referring to the advanced experience with continous casting steel in large enterprises, based upon the former purchased secondary arc-shaped continous casting machine to adapt to the existing status of rails in the workshop, the corresponding technology rebuilding has been done according to the requirements for oval continuous casting machine. With successful installation and adjusting, the equipment has an operation of 5 years in production with a great benefit in use.
