摘要
采用3DMine矿业软件在不同边界品位的条件下对矿床进行露天境界优化,在一系列坑中选取总价值最大的坑为最优坑,该坑所对应的边界品位即为最优边界品位。通过将最优边界品位与传统的盈亏平衡分析法所确定的边界品位进行对比分析,得出最优边界品位应小于盈亏平衡品位的结论。采用最优边界品位后,露天境界内产出的矿石量增多,扩大了矿山的经济效益,增加了矿山服务年限,同时也提高了资源利用率。
The open pit boundary is optimized under the conditions of different cut=off grades with 3DMine software. The one with the largest value is selected from a series of pits as the optimal pit. The cut-off grade of the optimal pit is the optimal cut-off grade for the deposit. The optimal cut-off grade and the cut-off grade determined by traditional breakeven analysis are compared and analyzed. It is concluded that optimal cut-off grade is lower than the breakeven grade. The pit based on optimal cut-off grade not only gets more ores and profit, but also increases the service life and resource utilization rate.
