摘要 依据《环境影响评价技术导则—生态影响(HJ19-2011)》,总结了安徽沙溪铜矿生态环评中高分辨率土地利用现状图制作的技术要点,供环境影响报告编制人员参考。依据水文生态单元,结合项目的实际影响范围确定环境影响评价范围。制图过程中,依据成图精度要求选择Alos多光谱和全色数据进行融合,利用面向对象的影像分析方法对融合影像进行土地利用分类。利用Google Earth的数字化影像数据对解译的土地利用现状图进行土地利用类型细化更新。利用ArcGIS与AutoCAD的数据转换工具,将总平面布置图叠加到土地利用现状图上,有利于后续的评价分析。 Based on "Technical Guideline for Environmental Impact Assessment Ecological Impact(H J19- 2011)", the key technologies in mapping of current land-use map of high resolution in the ecological environmental impact assessment of Anhui Shaxi Copper Mine is summarized to provide references for the compiler of environmental impact assessment report. The assessment scope is decided based on the hydrological unit and the direct ecological impact scope of the Shaxi Copper Mine. During the mapping process, the Alos pan and multi-spec- tral images are fused and then classified to acquire the current land-use map, using the object-oriented classification method. Manual screen digitalization of the Google Earth image data is used to update the current land-use map classi- fied. Through the data conversion tools between AreGIS and AutoCAD, the general layout map of Shaxi Copper Mine is overlaid to current land-use map for future ecological assessment and analysis.
