摘要
束状孔当量球形药包爆破技术是大直径深孔采矿法的一个发展和延伸,与传统的单孔爆破技术相比,能提高炸药能量利用率,改善爆破效果。采用ANSYS LS-DYNA软件模拟束状孔和等效单孔爆破作用过程,结果表明,与等效单孔爆破效果相比,束状孔爆破在爆破近区过粉碎程度低,中远区能量较大,整体爆破效果好。
Bunch-hole equivalent spherical charge blasting technology, as a development and extension of the vertical crater retreat mining method, can improve the utilization rate of explosive energy and the blasting effect, when compared with the traditional single hole blasting. ANSYS LS-DYNA is used to simulate the blasting effect of bunch-hole and single-hole, and it's shown that the bunch-hole reduces the rock crushing in the near zone and has more energy in the central and distant zone than the single-hole, so the bunch-hole method has a better blasting effect than that of the single-hole.
