摘要
对某选镍尾矿进行了再回收镍的选矿试验研究。针对该尾矿的矿石性质,确定了优化的浮选工艺条件和工艺流程,实现了对选镍尾矿中镍的再回收。闭路试验从镍品位0.24%的尾矿中得到了镍品位2.18%、回收率36.15%的镍精矿,取得了不错的镍回收效果。
An experimental research on mineral processing technology for recovering nickel nickel tailings was carried out. According to the compositions and structure of the tailings, the optimum process flow and the flotation conditions was determined. The comprehensive recovery of nickel was realized finally. In the closed-circuit test, a nickel concentrate of 2.18% Ni was obtained with the recovery of 36.15% from the feed of 0.24% Ni, good results was obtained.
