摘要
针对某铁精矿脱水难的问题,根据矿石性质,进行高频振动变形式斜板浓密分级机的半工业试验,浓缩后精矿浓度在66%-70%,认为该设备在超细铁精矿脱水方面可以进行工业推广应用。
According to the dewatering problem of a iron concentrate, based on the property of the ore, semi-industrial test was carried out by using high frequency vibration variable swash plate thickener, finally the concentrate at the concentration of 66%-70% in solid was obtained, so it is believed that the equipment could be applied in dewatering of ultra-fine iron concentrate.
