摘要
叙述了电动轮矿用自卸车的工作原理、环境及其转向机构的重要性和设计要求。提出了以拓扑优化的方法对转向机构的重要部件转向臂进行优化设计,并对优化的结构进行了力学分析,验证了优化结果。通过具体研究对象、拓扑优化方法、力学分析方法的相结合,说明现代仿真设计手段的优越性。
The work principle, work circumstance, and the importance of steering linkage of electric drive mining truck was explained firstly. Steering arm is a important component of steering linkage, so it was carried out optimization design, and mechanics analysis was made also. Through the way of integrating study object, topology optimization, and mechanics analysis, it is proved superiority of modern simulating method.
