摘要
以煤矿机械中常用的井下流体设备深井水泵中的推力轴承为研究对象,用水代替油作为润滑介质,采用有限差分法,离散柱坐标下的二维雷诺方程,运用逐次超松弛迭代法(SOR),求解了刚性条件下和考虑弹性变形条件下的水膜厚度分布和压力分布。通过比较表明:在考虑弹性变形的条件下,水膜的最小、最大厚度均有所减小;水膜压力分布呈两边低,中间高的抛物面形,且比刚性条件下趋于平缓。
Replacing oil with water as the lubricant, water-lubricated thrust bearing of deep well pump of underground fluid equipment of coal mine machinery was investigated.Adopting finite difference method to discretize the two-dimentional reynolds equation with cylindrical coordinates,the thickness and pressure of water film were calculated considering the stiffness and elastic deformation condition by the use of successive over-relaxation iteration method. By contrast,it was found that the minimum and maximum thickness of water film were both a little reduced under the rigid condtions;pressure distribution shows to be a parabolic shape, characterized by the middle high and low on both sides ,and is subjected to slow.Moreover, clearance ratio and thrust pad centreangle on the influence of load carrying capacities were studied.
