摘要
研究了压铸机合模力虚拟仿真问题。理论分析了与合模力大小相关的因素,利用Solidworks、ANSYS和ADAMS建立刚柔耦合的虚拟样机模型。对虚拟样机模型进行仿真分析,得到合模力的仿真数据与额定数据相对误差为18%,证明了虚拟样机模型的可靠性。为压铸机的仿真研究提供了依据。
In order to study simulation of clamping force of die-casting machine. Theoretical analyzed related factors of clamping force,then established virtual prototype model of rigid-flexible coupling by Solidworks, ANSYS and ADAMS. From simulation analysis of virtual prototype get relative error is 18% between simulation data and rated data. The data suggest that virtual prototype model is reliable. It provide basis for simulative research of Die-casting machine.
