摘要
对ZF4200/17/28型支撑掩护型液压支架进行了受力分析,通过creo1.0建立液压支架三维建模,利用Pro/Engineer Mechanica有限元分析工具模拟液压支架的试验工况进行了有限元应力分析,得出液压支架该工况下整体的应力和应变规律,从而为液压支架的优化设计和研究提供了理论依据。
The loads situation of ZF4200/17/28 hydraulic support is analyzed and 3D modeling is built with creo1.0.By means of large finite element tool Pro/Engineer Mechanica,the overall stress and strain regularities of the hydraulic support are obtained,which provides important bearings on the further improvement of the design of the support and further enhancement of the overall strength of the hydraulic support.
