摘要
通过ANSYS建立筛面动力学模型,分别分析曲轴转速和偏心距对筛面动力学特性的影响规律,最终得出了适合弛张筛筛分的曲轴转速和偏心距的选择范围,为弛张筛工艺参数的确定提供了依据。
This paper established the screen surface dynamic model by ANSYS,by analyzing the influence of the eccentric shaft rotational speed and eccentricity to the dynamic characteristics of the screen surface , obtained the range of rotational speed and eccentricity, provides a basis for the design of flip-flow screen.
