摘要
液压支架在使用时长期处于弱酸性、高湿度或高含盐量环境中,这些因素是造成液压支架表面锈蚀的主要原因。通过对钢板表面使用不同防腐液的防锈效果、附着力等的工艺试验,找出了解决高强钢板的锈蚀最佳方法,同时解决了液压支架结构件高强钢板带漆焊接的难题。
The factors that powered roof supports long term worked in the environment of weak acid, high humidity and salinity are the main reason of the surface corrosion of high strength steel plates. Through some technology tests, such as using different preservative liquid on the steel plate surface in an effort to watch the corrosion resistant effect and adhesive force, to work out the best practice dealing with the problems of corrosion of high strength steel plate as well as painted structures welding on powered roof support.
