摘要
R.G-290碱性锌基合金电镀工艺是一种新型高效率碱性镀锌基合金工艺。和传统的工艺相比,络合物的含量大大减少,热冲击之后仍具有高抗腐性能。R.G-290碱性锌基合金电镀工艺性能普遍优于锌镍合金,并且经过彩色钝化后,中性盐雾实验测出,出白锈在1 200 h以上,红锈在2 600 h以上。其工艺成熟稳定,成本低廉,低碳环保。
The R·G-290 alkaline Zinc alloy plating process is the process of a new high-efficiency alkaline Zinc-based alloys. Compared with the traditional process, complex content is greatly reduced, after thermal shock with high corrosion performance. The R·G-290 alkaline Zinc-based alloy plating process performance is generally superior to the Zinc-nickel alloy, after color passivated, neutral salt spray test to detect the white rust in more than 1 200 hours, the red rust of more than 2 600 hours. The process is mature and stable, low cost, low carbon environment.
