摘要
综述了履带式小型矿用湿喷机行走装置的基本组成和重要技术参数,研究分析了湿喷机液压回路系统。根据对整机牵引力、平均接地比压、最大爬坡角度的计算与液压回路系统的研究,表明了履带行走机构适用于矿用湿喷机。研究结果对履带行走装置在湿喷机上的应用提供了科学参考。
The components of running gear of caterpillar minitype mining shotcrete machine and technical parameters were reviewed, and analysis of hydraulic circuit system of shotcrete machine was done. According to the calculation of draft load, average ground pressure and maximum permissible gradient and research of hydraulic circuit system, it is showed that crawler track unit is appropriate for shotcrete machine. The research results gave some technical references for application of crawler track unit on shotcrete machine.
