摘要以某168 t矿用自卸车为例,结合承载能力和自身轻量化的要求,建立翻车保护结构的有限元模型,根据国际标准的要求进行仿真,并提出了2个改进模型的方案,使分析结果达到翻车保护结构在满足性能要求的前提下轻量化。 This dissertation establishes the finite element model of ROPS and completes the simulation with example of a 168 ton mining dump truck. By considering capability of load and lightweight process, two amelioration models have been made to lighten weight of ROPS on the condition that accord with performance requirements of international standards.
