摘要 为了实现煤矿井下坑道钻机控制系统中各控制节点数据的可靠传输,构建了一种基于CAN总线的控制系统。主控台节点和操作台节点以STM32单片机为内核,与扩展有CAN卡的计算机节点之间的通信采用CAN总线。对CAN网络的建立和CAN接口电路进行了设计,对CANopen协议和软件进行了详细设计。为了煤矿井下的安全考虑,该控制系统对各模块电路都进行了本质安全处理。 The control system based on CAN bus was designed and realized in order to implement data reliable transmission between all nodes in control system of tunnel drilling rig in mine. Both main console node and console node took STM32 MCU in core. They communicated with computer node with CAN card though CAN bus. A CAN network was set up and CAN interface circuit was designed, and then CANopen protocol and software was designed in detail. Intrinsically safe circuit was designed in control system for safe.
