摘要
异步电机作为电器原动力在工业及各个领域应用十分广泛,如果发生故障不能及时检修导致电机损坏,造成很大的经济损失。针对异步电机故障,在SIMULINK中建立仿真模型,得到各种工况下的数据,然后用SVM来对故障建立预测模型,对故障进行故障类型预测。实验表明,SVM的异步电机故障诊断,分类效果好,实用性强,可以为异步电机诊断提供参考价值。
Induction motor is used widely in industrial field and other fields as the driving force, but, if induction motor malfunction and can't overhaul it in time, it maybe damage and bring a great economic loss. For induction motor, this paper builds simulation model using SIMULINK, and gets data from different conditions, then, the paper builds a model for predicting fault diagnosis using SVM. Induction motor fault diagnosis is practical and has a better classification based on SVM from experiment result and it can provide reference value for motor fault diagnosis.
