摘要
基于对煤炭企业班组安全管理特点认识与分析,构建班组安全管理信息系统的功能模块并对模块的功能内容进行了具体描述。最后,从制度与文化、组织与流程、以及人力资源5个方面探讨了班组安全管理信息系统建设的保障策略。
This paper first built the function modules for the team safety management information system based on the understanding of the characteristics of team safety management of coal enterprise, then gave specific description of the module function. Finally, from five respects including the institutions and culture, organization and process, and human resources, the author discussed the safeguard measures.
