Preparation and Characterization of Graphene from Nature Graphite by Solvothermal Method

摘要 以黑龙江鸡西天然鳞片石墨为原料,采用改进Hummers法制备氧化石墨。以乙二醇为溶剂、氨水为辅助还原剂,通过溶剂热法制备还原氧化石墨烯。采用X射线衍射(XRD)、傅里叶变换红外光谱(FT-IR)、紫外-可见吸收光谱(UV-Vis)、原子力显微镜(AFM)对产物的结构、谱学和形貌进行分析表征。结果表明,溶剂热法对氧化石墨表面含氧官能团去除彻底,可制得具有较高还原程度的石墨烯。 The graphite oxide (GO) was prepared from Heilongjiang Jixi natural flake graphite by the modified Hummers method. The graphene was subsequently reduced by solvothermal method, using ethylene glycol and ammonia water as solvent and reducing solvent respectively. The samples were characterized by X-ray diffraction (XRD), fourier transform infrared spectrometer (FTIR), UV-vis absorption spectrometry (UV-vis) and atom force microscopy (AFM). The results suggest that the functional groups on graphite oxide (GO) surface are mostly removed by solvothermal method, generating high quality graphene.
