摘要
以不掺助磨剂为前提,在确定钢渣粉磨最佳时间的基础上,分别选取三乙醇胺、乙二醇、丙三醇、三异丙醇胺4种助磨剂,对钢渣的比表面积、活性指数以及孔结构开展了试验研究,结果表明,助磨剂的掺入可以显著改善钢渣孔结构,从而提高比表面积、胶凝活性。试验得到4种助磨剂的合理掺量分别为0.03%、0.06%、0.015%、0.06%。
On the basis of the best grinding time determined under the circumstance of no grinding aids. Grinding aids of triethanolamine, glycol, glycerol and triisopropanolamine were selected, aiming to find out the effect on steel slag activity index, specific surface area and pore-size distribution. The results showed that the adding of grinding aids could improve the pore structure of steel slag dramatically, so as to improve the specific surface area, gelling activity. Experiment got the reasonable dosage of four grinding aids, were 0.03%, 0.06%, 0.015%, 0.06% respectively.
