Mondor病

A case of Mondor's disease

报告1例Mondor病。患者女,54岁。左侧胸壁条索状硬结伴疼痛1个月。皮肤科检查:左侧胸壁散在约蚕豆大红色结节,突出于皮面,可触及散在黄豆大皮下结节,皮肤表面正常呈串珠样改变,质硬,肤色,有触痛。皮损组织病理检查示表皮正常,真皮内可见静脉血栓形成,管壁全层被结缔组织所替代。诊断:Mondor病。

A case of Mondor＇s disease is reported. A 54 -year-old woman complained having painful linear nodules on her left chest for one month. Dermatological examination showed elevated reddish broad-bean-sized nmdules ow her left chest. Ten- der soybean sized subcutaneous nodules were palpable. Skin surface appeared string-of-beads-like with normal color. Histopathology showed normal epidermis with dermal phlebothrombosis. The wall of blood vessels was replaced by connective tissue. Diagnosis： Mondor＇s disease.
