308 nm准分子光与窄谱中波紫外线治疗白癜风随机对照研究 被引量:24

摘要 目的:观察308 nm准分子光与311 nm窄谱中波紫外线治疗白癜风的疗效及不良反应。方法:对288例白癜风患者采用随机、对照临床研究。患者随机分为两组,分别应用308 nm准分子光与311 nm窄谱中波紫外线进行照射治疗,每周2次,连续治疗30次,评价疗效及安全性。结果:308 nm准分子光组与311 nm窄谱中波紫外线组有效率分别为57.24%和46.15%,有效率比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。不同年龄、病程、皮损类型、发病部位及临床分期对疗效有影响。结论:308 nm准分子光治疗白癜风疗效好,起效快,不良反应少。 Objective: To investigate the efficacy of 308 nm Monochromatic excimer light and 311 nm Narrow-band ultravio- let for the treatment of vitiligo and their side effects. Methods: A randomized comparative clinical trial was employed. Two hundred and eighty-eight patients with vitiligo were divided into 308 nm Monochromatic excimer light group and 311 nm Narrow-band ultraviolet group. Both groups were treated twice a week for 30 times. The therapeutic efficacy and safety were evaluated. Results: The total effective and markedly improvement rates for 308nm Monochromatic excimer light treated group were 88.28 % and 57.24% respectively, and for 311 nm Narrow-band ultraviolet treated group were 79.02% and 46.15% respectively. There were significant differences in the markedly improvement between the two groups (P〈 0.05). But total ef fective rates were no significant differences between the two groups in (P 〈 0.05). The therapeutic efficacy was significantly affected by ages of patients, disease duration, type of lesions, sites of lesions as well as clinical stages. Conclusion: 308 nm monochromatic excimer light is an effective modality for treating vitiligo with rapid acting and few adverse effects.
