摘要
在全新的经济金融形势和趋势下,中小商业银行转型战略对人力资本提出了更高的要求。鉴此,分析中国中小银行人力资本提升的战略逻辑、经济机制和绩效,并通过构建低层次人力资本向高层次人力资本转化和反映人力资本制度功效的微观模型,刻划人力资本提升的战略逻辑和经济机制,研究表明:中小银行人力资本制度可以有效提升人力资本水平,促进产出增长,实现效率增进;同时以2001—2010年中国71家中小商业银行面板数据的实证分析,支持了理论模型结论。
It is urgent to enhancing the human capital about the small and medium--sized commercial banks in the new financial situation and trends. This paper contributes to the debate on the economic mechanism and the economic performance of the human capital enhancement about the small and medium-- sized banks in china. The paper develops a micro economic model linking the institution's investment to human capital. The theoretical model shows that improvements in the quality of institutions foster human capital accumulation, decrease income inequality and change the historical development path. And accordingly, the paper uses the panel data from 2001 to 2010 about 71 the small and medium--sized banks in china to test some of the model's propositions, the empirical estimates support the conclusions of the theoretical model.
