摘要
长庆气田鄂尔多斯盆地西部地区的奥陶系克里摩里组、桌子山组溶蚀孔洞和裂缝较为发育,且地层压力系数较低,钻井过程中的地层恶性漏失和储层易伤害问题一直制约着该地区的天然气勘探开发。近几年,针对鄂尔多斯盆地西部地区下古储层存在的问题进行了深井充氮气钻井配套技术研究,在注气液参数优化、充氮气钻井设备配套和井控安全等方面进行了技术攻关,并在位于鄂尔多斯西部的2口井的下古储层进行了以防漏和保护储层为目的充氮气钻井技术现场试验,试验获得了成功,解决了该区块下古储层恶性漏失问题,且在保护储层及提速方面也获得了较好的效果,为鄂尔多斯西部地区及长庆气田气井的勘探开发提供了新途径,同时对恶性漏失井处理和深井充氮气钻井作业有一定的指导意义。
Because of better developed corrosion holes and cracks in Ordovician Kelimoli group and Bench Mt group of the western Ordos Basin, Changqing Gas field, and lower formation pressure coefficient, lost circulation and reservoir damage problems have always constrained gas exploration and development in the region. In recent years, the aerated nitrogen drilling supporting technology was researched in Lower Paleozoic formation of the western Ordos Basin, including gas injection fluid parameter optimization, aerated nitrogen drilling equipment, well control safety, and etc. Field test has obtained success, solving the lost circulation problem in Lower Paleozoic formation, obtaining better effect in reservoir protection and speed raising, and providing new ways for exploration and development of the western Ordos Basin, and then it provided guidance for lost circulation treatment and aerated nitrogen drilling operation.
