摘要
俄罗斯拥有丰富的石油资源,拥有大量的固井设备进行现场服务。俄罗斯的固井监控设备具有自己的特点,从借鉴的角度出发,对俄罗斯固井监控工作站进行了分析,其工作站主要包括水泥浆密度、压力、流量、温度等传感器及计算机采集、处理显示系统,能实现水泥浆密度、压力、流量、温度等参数的在线测量,具有采集精度高、自动计算、存储、显示、回放等功能。对提高我国相应设备的研发具有重要的参考意义。
Russia is rich in oil resources, and a large number of well cementing equipments are applied for the on site services. Since the cementing monitoring tools have their individual characteristics, the paper analyzed the Russian monitoring station for reference. It consists of various sensors and computer acquisition system, which can achieve serial transmission of mud density, pressure, flow rate, temperature and so on. This monitoring station has the functions of high precision, automatic calculation, storage, display and playback. And it is an important reference for improving our equipments in China.
