随着我国老龄化程度的加深和家庭养老服务供给能力的弱化,社会化养老服务需求激增。在国家的重视和推动下,我国的养老服务事业取得了较大的成就,但仍面临供给不足、服务水平低等问题。以助人自助为原则的社会工作,由于其价值理念和交互作用策略,非常适合提供养老的专业性服务。养老服务事业亟待发展的今天,对社会工作介入养老服务事业发展进行深入研究具有重要意义,能够助推我国养老服务事业的发展。

As the proportion of elderly increased and the supply ability of family support services weakened, the demand of social service increases sharply. As the government has paid attention to this problem and sought solutions, the service has made great progress. Nonetheless, it still faces problems such as lack of supply and demand and low standard of service. Due to their commitments and interactive strategy, the social work with the principle ＂to help people help themselves is very suitable for providing professional services. Since the need to develop such services is urgent today, it is important to study the involvement of social workers into pension services, for that can advance the development of those services.
