摘要
法经济学的主要内容和对法经济学的批判,都表明法经济学的应用范畴是有限的。海商法研究是适宜应用法经济学分析的典型领域,但我国海商法研究对法经济学理论的应用水平还有待提高,并应以科斯进路作为长远发展方向。
Base on the main elements and the critique of law and economics, it should be realized that the scope of the ap- plication of law and economics is limited. Maritime law is a typical field of applying law and economics analysis, but the level of application of relevant theory Should be improved in China, and Coase＇s research approach should be taken as the direction of development in the long run.
