On the New Development of the National Socialism in Latin Americia

早在19世纪中叶,社会主义思想已从欧洲传入拉丁美洲地区。经历了20世纪的盛衰沉浮后,民族社会主义以新的姿态引起世人的关注。近年来,随着政治经济状况的急剧变化,拉美的社会主义思想出现新的重大发展,社会主义运动再度兴起。作为一种典型的民族社会主义实践,委内瑞拉、玻利维亚等国家的"21世纪社会主义"在政治、经济和社会领域取得了不小的成就。虽然这些理论主张和实践措施并没有形成统一的理论,尚处于发展之中,但其中不乏进步的思想和创新的火花,值得我们关注并进行深入的研究和探讨。

As early as the mid-19th century, socialism had been introduced into Latin America from Europe. After experiencing the ups and downs in the 20th century, national socialism had attracted more attention with its new form. In recent years, with the rapid changes in the political as well as economic fields, socialism in Latin America has had new and sig- nificant developments, and socialist movements have been renewed. As a typical national socialist practice, the Socialism in the 21st Century movement was fruitful in the political, economic and social fields in Venezuela, Bolivia and other countries. Although these principles and practice of national socialism haven＇t become a unified theory, there are many brilliant ideas and forward-looking thoughts which are worthy to study and explore.
