摘要
用杨树木屑和树皮替代棉籽壳作为主料进行姬菇和金针菇栽培试验,为杨树木材加工废弃物的综合利用提供依据。结果表明,与常规的棉籽壳配方相比,在培养料中添加23%~58%杨树木屑替代棉籽壳,姬菇产量增加了2.7%~9.7%;在培养料中添加23%~39%杨树木屑替代棉籽壳,金针菇产量与棉籽壳配方相近或增加了8.0%;在培养料中添加23%~39%杨树皮替代棉籽壳,姬菇产量增加了8.7%~8.9%;在培养料中添加23%~39%杨树皮替代棉籽壳,金针菇产量增加了5.6%~6.5%;用杨树木屑或杨树皮完全替代棉籽壳作为主料,姬菇或金针菇的产量会显著降低。因此,可以利用杨树木材加工废弃物作为部分主料替代棉籽壳栽培姬菇和金针菇。
The experiment of cultivating Pleurotus cortmcopiae and Flammulina velutipes by partially using poplar sawdust or poplar bark as a substitute cottonseed hull was conducted in order to make full use of poplar wood wastes. The results showed as follows. Compared with conventional cottonseed hull formulation, the yield of P. cortmcopiae was increased by 2.7%-9.7% with 23%-58% poplar sawdust instead of cottonseed hull as medium; the yield ofF. velutipes was the same or increased by 8.0% with 23%-39% poplar sawdust; the yield ofP. cortmcopiae was increased by 8.7%-8.9% with 23%-39% poplar bark; the yield ofF. velutipes was increased by 5.6%-6.5% with 23%-39% poplar bark. Only poplar sawdust or poplar bark without cottonseed hull as medium reduced, the yields of P. cortmcopiae and F. velutipes rapidly.
