摘要 目的:探讨健身运动对绝经后女性瘦体重与骨代谢的影响。方法:通过对60名绝经后妇女分别进行5个月的健身运动,口服大豆异黄酮、健身运动结合口服大豆异黄酮,测试锻炼后的瘦体重、肌力、腰椎骨L2-4的BMD和BMC、血ALP、ACP、E2。结果:E+SG实验后的瘦体重/体重指数、肌肉力量明显高于SG,E+SG的BMC与EG和SG比较具显著性差异;E+SG的ACP活性明显低于实验前和EG和SG,而ALP活性的变化实验前后和组间无显著性差异。结论:跑步或低冲击有氧操结合四肢和躯干部的肌力训练与大豆异黄酮联合作用明显改善绝经后妇女骨质疏松。 Purpose: exploring the influence of aerobics exercise on lean body mass and bone metabolism of post menopausal women. Method : 60 postmenopausal women were divided into three groups. Group one were women who had been taking exercises (EG) for 5 months, group two were women who had been taking soybean isoflavones (SG) for 5 months and group three were women who had been doing both ( E + SG). Such indicators of these women were tested as lean body mass, muscle strength, BMD and BMC of lumbar (2 - 4) and ALP, ACP and E2 of blood. Results : lean body mass/weight index, muscle strength of group three were obviously higher than those of group two, BMC of these three groups had clear differences, activity of ACP of group three was lower than those of group one and two before the experiment, and the changes of activ- ity of ACP had no clear differentiations before and after the experiment and among the three groups. Conclu- sion: combination effect of muscle strength exercise such as running and aerobics exercise and soybean isofla- vones helped to improve osteoporosis of postmenopausal women greatly.
