近年来,高校食品卫生安全已经成为当今社会广泛关注的公共卫生问题之一。大学生是一特殊的社会群体,加强大学生食品卫生安全教育,提高大学生食品卫生安全的意识有助于促进高校安全工作,积极预防食品安全事件的发生。通过对食品卫生安全的现状背景分析,进一步阐明食品卫生安全教育的必要性,并提出相应的有效途径。

College food safety has become a widespread public concern in recent years. Lollege stutaents are a special social group. Strengthening food safety education and improving the awareness of food safety a- mong college students are very helpful to promote campus safety and prevent food safety accidents. By analy- zing the present situation of food safety, the necessity of food safety education was described and corresponding effective ways were put forward.
