摘要
介绍了石钢280 m2烧结机工程采用的多点喷淋式自动加水装置、可调速新型混合料造球设施、蒸汽预热混合料、MLS型幕帘式焦炉煤气点火炉、烧结机偏析布料装置等多项先进适用技术。针对烧结机投产以后遇到的工艺、设备等方面的问题提出了改进措施,实施后,烧结机作业率提高到99.1%,达到国内领先水平。
It is introduced the advanced techniques in project of 280 ms sintering machine of Shi Steel： auto- matic multi - point spraying watering device, new - type speed - adjustable pellet making device with mixing material, preheating mixing material with vapor, MLS - type curtain ignition furnace with coke oven gas, sintering machine segregation feeder and etc. Some improving measures are proposed against to the problems in technology and equipments in production of sintering machine, and after that the operation rate of sintering machine is raised by 99.1% , the advanced level at home.
