悬臂筛网振动筛在宣钢360m^2烧结机的应用

APPLICAION OF CANTILEVER SCREEN VIBRATING SIFTER IN 360 m^2 SINTERING MACHINE OF XUAN STEEL

介绍了宣钢炼铁厂为解决360 m2烧结机椭圆等厚振动筛故障率高、维护困难的生产瓶颈,在1#烧结机筛分系统使用了悬臂筛网振动筛。一年多的生产实践表明,悬臂筛网振动筛完全能满足360 m2烧结机生产要求,且在节约电力、设备维护方面有明显优势,悬臂筛网振动筛筛分效率高、占地少,具有推广价值。

To solve the bottle - neck in production of high breakdown rate and difficult maintenance of ellipse constant - bed - thickness vibration screen in 360 m2 sintering machine of Xuan Steel, the cantilever screen vibration sifter is applied in screening system of 1# sintering machine. It is showed in production of over one year that it can fully meet the production requirement, and has excellent superiorities in electricity power sav- ing, equipments maintenance, screening efficiency and less earth occupied.
