马钢1000m^3高炉大风量稳定炉况生产实践

摘要 通过对马钢3#高炉(有效容积1 000 m3)实施大风量、高顶压、配合基本装料制度和造渣制度的调整,在原燃料质量变差、降本增效的背景下,仍保持高炉产能逐步释放,炉况的稳定性有了大幅改善,达到了高炉产量提高、煤比提高、节焦的效果。 With measures adopted: large air quantity, high roof pressure, and companied with adjust of basic charge system and slag - making system, even under the condition of more worse quality of raw and fuel ma- terials and demand to reduce cost and increase profit, the 3# blast furnace ( 1 000 m3 of effective volume) of Ma Steel is kept to gradually release production capacity, and its condition got improved to a large extent. The effect is gotten in increasing output, raising coal rate and saving coke.
