摘要
介绍了用ICP-OES法测定保护渣中铁、铝、镁氧化物含量的方法。保护渣试样经盐酸、硝酸、氢氟酸溶解,高氯酸冒烟后,如有不溶残渣,用硼酸-碳酸钠混合溶剂熔融。该方法中各元素的测定下限为Fe 0.04 mg/L、Al 0.09 mg/L、Mg 0.000 7 mg/L,各元素氧化物含量测定值的相对标准偏差为1.26%~5.01%,能够满足保护渣样品的分析要求。
It is introduced the method to determine the content of oxidates of iron, aluminum and magnesium in casting powder with ICP - OES method: after casting powder sample being dissolved by hydrochloric acid, hydrogen nitrate and hydrofluoric acid, and smoked by perchloric acid, if there is still insoluble residual existed, melt it with mixed agent of boric acid and sodium carbonate. The lower check limits for various ele- ments are: 0.04 mg/L for iron, 0.09 for AI, 0. 000 7 for Mg, relative standard error is from 1.26 to 5.01 percent. And those can meet the analysis requirements for casting powder.
