摘要
对某发电机端部L型支架松动的问题进行了分析,指出结构设计缺陷和事故冲击是造成L型支架松动的主要原因,结合现场处理过程中的难点制定了切实可行的施工工艺方案,成功消除了L型支架松动隐患;根据多次检修经验提出如何准确地判断发电机端部松动缺陷的方法。
This paper analyzes loosening of L-type support at the end of generator and proposes that it is caused by defects of structure design and impact from accident. According to the difficult problems in field treatment, it makes out feasible construction technology program, successfully handling hidden hazards of loosening of L-type support. The paper proposes methods for accurately determining loosening at the end of generators by combining overhauling experience.
