摘要
某600 MW机组凝结水泵经变频改造后在变频工作区运行振动很大。通过对凝泵筒体进行理论建模计算分析,了解变频设备在变频运行范围内的特性,结合现场实际情况对凝泵先后进行了3次加固改造,有效解决了凝泵振动大的问题。
The condensate pump of 600 MW vibrates greatly in variable-frequency working area after frequen- cy conversion. By modeling of condensate pump for calculation and analysis, characteristic of variable-fre- quency equipment in scope of variable-frequency operation are learned. In combination with field practices, the condensate pump is reinforced three times, which effectively solved the problem of the great vibration of condensate pump.
