Ethical Management of the Post-industrial Society: Based on Administrative Evil

工业社会时期理性官僚的非人格化趋向,强势官僚制对共同体结构的固化和对技术理性的膜拜,造就管理行政无法避免行政人员的道德错位,"行政之恶"现象滋生蔓延。为扭转这一局面,需要在后工业社会服务行政的审视下,对管理行政及其科学管理范式进行细致地反思与批判,在服务行政本体论的追寻过程中,探求道德社会的建构逻辑;在伦理觉识与启蒙过程中,通过道德管理实现对社会管理价值体系与行为逻辑的修正,建构由道德权威统合下的社会秩序网络。

The industrial society age witnessed the impersonalization of rational bureaucracy, the solidification of the commonwealth structure and the superstition on the technical rationalism by powerful bureaucrats and the un- avoidable moral disposition in the management execution： in a word, the prevalence of ＂administrative evils＂. To reverse the situation, we need to reexamine and criticize the administration and its scientific management pat- terns from the angle of post-industrial social service administration. In the pursuit of service administration main entity, we need to explore the construct logic of moral society and amend the social managerial value system and behavior logic and set up the social order net under the guidance of moral authority through moral management in the process of ethic enlightenment.
