摘要
将分离培养所得的对酚具有高效降解作用的小球藻 (Chlorella vulgaris)细胞 ,紫色非硫光合细菌混合菌株 (PSB)混合体系用海藻酸钠包埋后 ,在好氧条件下处理含酚废水 ,可明显地提高除酚效率 ,缩短废水停留时间 ,其共生体系对温度及 p H适应范围广 ,对焦化厂工业废水 2 4 h去除率为 95%以上 ,证明该法是处理含酚废水的一条有效途径。
The mixed system of chlorella vulgaris cells and PSB embeded with sodium alginate can obviously raise phenolic removal rate and shorten the retention time of waste water for the treatment of phenol-containing waste water under the aerobic condition. In addition, its symbiotic system has wide adaptation to temperature and pH and the removal rate of industrial waste water from coking factory can reach to over 95%.
