分组域实时计费系统的实现思路

Realization of Online Charging System in Packet Domain

移动互联网时代的来临对计费系统的实时性、透明度、灵活性提出了更高要求,实时计费系统的引入可有效弥补传统离线计费方式的不足,满足移动数据业务的发展需求。本文介绍了分组域实时计费系统的功能、网元、接口、业务流程,并在中国移动现有分组域网络架构基础上,分析BOSS侧和分组域侧相关网元的改造需求,总结分组域实时计费系统的实现思路。

The coming of mobile Interact era brings higher requirements in the aspects of real-time, transparency, flexibility, online charging system can effectively make up for the deficiency of traditional off-line charging way, meeting the demand of development of mobile packet services. This paper introduces network elements, function, interface and process of the packet domain online charging system, then based on the existing China Mobile Communications Corporation packet domain network architecture, the paper analyses upgrade demand of network elements of BOSS side and packet domain side, concludes the realization of online charging system in packet domain.
