The thesis mainly describes how to develop the cloud platform supporting the centrally hosting of the telecom business, analyze traditional telecom business system （business platform）of hosting needs and planning thought and reasonable schema of business cloud platform. For applying standardization process to improve efficiency and quality that business system migrate to cloud platform （means a full process of implement telecom business system on cloud platform）. The thesis propose the ＂Six Step of Migrate Business System to Cloud＂ and summarize key steps and matters needing attention of among the process of the business systemconstructing and migrating.
