摘要
上地整理是我国实现耕地总量动态平衡的根本出路。有关土地整理潜力估算．在我国理论研究与实践操作中尚属空白。以长沙市为例．对影响农村居民地整理潜力的因素进行了深入细致的分析。对长沙市农村居民地整理的理论潜力及１９９７～ ２０１０农村居民地整理可能实现的现实潜力进行了充分估算．为长沙市土地利用总体规划奠定了良好的基础。力求为全国各地农村居民地整理整力估算提供理论与实践参考。
Land arrange is basic road that achieve dynamic balance of total cultivated land amount. About Estimate to arrange capacity of peasants inhabited area is vacancy on theory and practical operation in our country. This paper takes ChangSha as an example, analyses influence factor of arrange capacity of peasants inhabited area. Estimates theory arrange capacity to peasants inhabited area of ChangSha and realistic arrange capacity between 1997 - 2010 years. It had established finer base for land use total plan of Chang Sha. It had afforded finer reference in theory and practical operation for estimate to arrange capacity of peasants inhabited area in our country.
