Transitional Development of Adult Educational Mode in Universities and Colleges in the Light of Life-long Educational Theory

学习型社会的构建需要大力发展成人教育,在国家复兴、教育强国发展的关键时期,以高等院校为依托,分析成人教育模式现状以及全民终身教育下高校成人教育的需求特征,借鉴国外发达国家的成功经验,研究高校成人教育的转型模式,有利于对二者关系的正确认识,为高校成人教育的发展方向提供指导,促进其和谐可持续发展。

The construction of a learning style society asks for a rapid development of adult education. In the vital historlcai period of national revival and strengthening through education, on the basis of universities and colleges,this article analyzes the current affairs of adult education mode and the features of the demand of adult high education under the circumstances of national life-long education. With reference to successful experiences of foreign advanced countries, researching the transitional mode of the adult education in uni- versities and colleges is conducive to the correction cognition of the relationship between adult education and high education so as to pro- vide guidance upon the development of adult education in universities and colleges,to promote its harmonious sustainable development.
